Privacy Policy – Yan Services Plus

This policy explains how we process your personal data when you use the Yan Services Plus mobile application.

Data We Process
- Account and identification: email address, password, name/surname if provided.
- Job/mission data: schedules, history, trip and vehicle information displayed in the app.
- Inventories: photos captured via the app and related annotations.
- Leave management: requests, history, and status (pending/approved/refused).
- Notifications: push notification token.
- Technical and performance data: device and app information (version, crash events, technical logs).
- Messages/forms in the app (if applicable): content you enter in forms, comments, or text fields.
We do not continuously collect your location and we do not access your contacts, calendar, or SMS.
Purposes and Legal Bases
- Provide the service and perform our contract: display missions, inventories (photos), leave management, authentication, and security.
- Legitimate interests: improve the app, measure performance, fix issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Legal obligations: retain certain information as required by law (insurance, accounting, disputes).
- Consent: access to the camera/photo library and receiving notifications (revocable in your device settings).
Sharing and Recipients
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary:
- Technical providers (diagnostics, crash reporting, performance).
- YAN’SERVICES PLUS authorized staff for operational management of your missions and requests.
- Authorities/insurers if required by law or to protect our rights.
International Transfers
Some technical providers may be located outside the EEA. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and, where needed, supplementary measures to protect your data.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Technical logs and performance data are kept for a limited period appropriate for analysis and security.
Device Permissions
- Camera / photo library: to attach photos to an inventory.
- Notifications: to inform you about mission updates or status changes.
You can disable these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. However, no system is 100% secure.
Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL. To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@arociel.fr.
Data Deletion
The app does not currently offer an in-app deletion feature. You can request deletion by emailing contact@arociel.fr. We will delete the relevant data unless we are legally required to retain it.
Audience
The app is intended for professional use (vehicle convoying) and is not directed to minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or regulations. We will indicate the date of the latest update and, where necessary, notify you within the app.
